Thyagaraja Festival of South Indian Music
March 8th and 9th 2002

About the Festival

The Thyagaraja Festival will be a two-day event that will take place on Friday March 8 and Saturday March 9, in the Art Building auditorium at UT Austin. The first day will be a mixture of live performance, scholarly presentations, and a multimedia presentation. The second day will feature local group and individual vocal and instrumental presentations. These events are sponsored by the Center for Asian Studies and the Tamil Cultural Association.
